Welcome to The Hollow at Manchester Country Club, located in the newly renovated clubhouse. Serving up bar and grill pub food under executive chef Nicola Maggioni, The Hollow is open for lunch and dinner daily.
The Hollow was recognized in Connecticut Magazine's Best of Restaurants 2025 in the Waterfront and American Traditional cateogries.
Our menu includes a mouth-watering selection of appetizers, salads, burgers, and sandwiches, as well as daily chef’s specials. All indoor tables enjoy a beautiful outside view, and patio seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
