Begin the evening with a welcome cocktail before moving through a menu inspired by vibrant, Latin-influenced flavors. Highlights include wild red shrimp aguachile with plantain chips, a mojo pork arepa with chimichurri, and coffee-rubbed picanha served with mole poblano, sweet potato hash, and pickled orange. Finish the night with a rich dark chocolate torte, paired to complement the final course.
